Accordingly, the characterization of formation mechanism, as well as morphology and interface of γ and γʹ phases, are very important to control the mechanical properties of nickel-based superalloys. Formation of γ' precipitates inside the γ phase matrix often occurs by classical nucleation and growth mechanism. Recently, some researches have reported the formation of γ' precipitates by spinodal decomposition mechanism in some Ni-based superalloys. In the present study, the spinodal decomposition phenomena in a Ni-Al binary system (as a simple model alloy for Ni-based superalloys) has been studied. For this purpose, the Ni-rich region of Ni-Al alloy system was assessed thermodynamically using CALPHAD method. The Gibbs free energy of γ and γʹ phases for this alloy system was calculated employing two sublattice model. Then, the possibility of spinodal decomposition was investigated from the thermodynamic point of view by the study of the Gibbs energy curves in different ranges of temperature. Due to the thermodynamic modeling results, a proper heat treatment procedure was designed for Ni-18Al (at.%) alloy and characterized by means of 3D atom probe tomography (APT) analysis. According to the modeling and experimental results, it was found that γ' precipitates were formed by spinodal decomposition under higher supersaturation conditions.}, keywords = {Ni-Al alloy system,Order and disorder phases,Thermodynamic calculation,CALPHAD method}, title_fa = {پدیده تجزیه اسپینودال در سیستم آلیاژی Ni-Al به کمک محاسبات ترمودینامیک}, abstract_fa = {بخش قابل توجهی از استحکام دمای بالای سوپرآلیاژهای پایه نیکل ریختگی به تشکیل و توسعه ریزساختار منظم-نامنظم فازهای γ/γʹ مربوط می‌شود. از این‌رو شناسایی مکانیزم تشکیل، مورفولوژی و فصل‌مشترک فازهای γ و γʹ برای کنترل خواص مکانیکی سوپرآلیاژهای پایه نیکل بسیار حائز اهمیت می‌باشد. تشکیل رسوبات γʹ درون زمینه فاز γ عمدتاً با مکانیزم جوانه‌زنی و رشد صورت می‌گیرد. اخیراً مواردی از تشکیل رسوبات فاز γʹ با مکانیزم تجزیه اسپینودال در برخی از سوپرآلیاژهای پایه نیکل ریختگی گزارش شده است. در پژوهش حاضر وقوع پدیده تجزیه اسپینودال از نقطه نظر ترمودینـامیکی در سیستم دوتایی Ni-Al (به عنوان یک مدل آلیاژی ساده برای سوپرآلیاژهای پایه نیکل) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. برای این منظور سیستم آلیاژی Ni-Al در قسمت غنی از نیکل به وسیله روش CALPHAD مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته و انرژی آزاد گیبس فازهای γ و γʹ در این سیستم آلیاژی به کمک به کارگیری مدل دو زیرشبکه محاسبه شده است. با بررسی منحنی انرژی آزاد گیبس در دماهای مختلف احتمال وقوع پدیده تجزیه اسپینودال، از نقطه نظر ترمودینامیک مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. سپس با توجه به نتایج مدلسازی ترمودینامیک، عملیات حرارتی مناسب برای آلیاژ Ni-18Al (درصد اتمی) طراحی شده و به کمک آنالیز سه‌بعدی توموگرافی اتمی مورد مشخصه‌یابی قرار گرفته است. با توجه به نتایج مدلسازی و بررسی‌های تجربی مشخص شد که تشکیل رسوبات γ′ با مکانیزم تجزیه اسپینودال در شرایط فوق اشباع بالا در این سیستم آلیاژی امکان‌پذیر می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {سیستم آلیاژی Ni-Al,فازهای منظم و نامنظم,محاسبات ترمودینامیک,روش CALPHAD}, url = {https://www.metalleng.ir/article_30167.html}, eprint = {https://www.metalleng.ir/article_30167_835334de1ecc7b8d904b3ff0e88668db.pdf} }
