The results showed that increasing the environmental temperature from 25 to 65 °C raises oxidation rate 2 to 2.5 times. Moreover, raising the temperature from 25 to 110 °C makes the oxidation rate larger up to 4 times. On the other hand, changing the controlling mechanism of oxidation of Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) family products took place sooner at higher temperatures. This is due to the higher kinetics of oxidation reactions at higher temperatures which accelerates the formation of oxidation products and blocking the pores near the surface. Activation energy of the first stage oxidation of CDRI and CBIC was measured in the range of 105-138 KJ/mole indicating the process was mixed-controlled (by chemical reaction and diffusion). But, the much lower activation energy of the second stage (30-42 KJ/mole) showed that diffusion was the only controlling factor of this process.}, keywords = {Cold-Briquetted Iron and Carbon,Oxidation modelling,Oxidation kinetics,Activation Energy}, title_fa = {مدل‌سازی، بررسی سینتیکی و تعیین مکانیزم‌های اکسیداسیون محصول "بریکت سرد آهن و کربن"}, abstract_fa = {در پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از نتایج آزمونهای افت درجه فلزی محصولات آهن اسفنجی سرد (CDRI)، بریکت داغ آهن اسفنجی (HBI) و بریکت سرد آهن و کربن (CBIC) و بهکارگیری روش طراحی آزمایشها، به مدلسازی رفتار اکسیداسیون آنها در شرایط محیطی پرداخته شد. همچنین آزمونهای اکسیداسیون 3 ماهه محصولات CDRI و CBIC در محیط با دماهای 25، 65 و °C110 و رطوبتهای نسبی 30 و 90 درصد انجام شد تا سینتیک و مکانیزمهای کنترلکننده اکسیداسیون این محصولات مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که افزایش دمای محیط از 25 به °C65 باعث 2 تا 5/2 برابر شدن سرعت افت درجه فلزی محصولات خانواده آهن اسفنجی (DRI) میگردد در حالی که افزایش دمای محیط به °C110، نرخ افت درجه فلزی را 3 تا 4 برابر محیط با دمای °C25 خواهد نمود. تغییر قابل توجه شیب نمودارهای اکسیداسیون محصولات خانواده DRI با گذشت زمان نشاندهنده دو مرحلهای بودن اکسیداسیون و تغییر در مکانیزم کنترلکننده این فرآیند میباشد. همچنین افزایش دمای محیط باعث تسریع در تغییر مکانیزم کنترلکننده اکسیداسیون محصولات گردیده است که به سینتیک بالاتر واکنشهای اکسیداسیون در دماهای بالاتر و تسریع در تشکیل محصولات اکسیداسیون و انسداد تخلخلهای نزدیک به سطح نسبت داده میشود. انرژی اکتیواسیون اکسیداسیون مرحله اول محصولات خانواده DRI در محدوده KJ/mole 138-105 قرار دارد که بیانگر کنترل فرآیند توسط مخلوط دو عامل نفوذ و انجام واکنش شیمیایی است. اما انرژی اکتیواسیون به مراتب پایینتر مرحله دوم (KJ/mole 42-30) حاکی از این واقعیت است که نفوذ تنها عامل کنترلکننده فرآیند اکسیداسیون در این مرحله است.}, keywords_fa = {بریکت سرد آهن و کربن,مدل‌سازی اکسیداسیون,سینتیک اکسیداسیون,انرژی اکتیواسیون}, url = {https://www.metalleng.ir/article_242105.html}, eprint = {https://www.metalleng.ir/article_242105_47d5ff5edc19bddcf8889538f80a54d6.pdf} }
