بررسی اثر TiO2 بر خواص دفع هیدروژن از Al3Mg2
مطالعات نشان دادهاند که ترکیبات پایه منیزیم میتوانند در ذخیره سازی هیدروژن در حالت جامد استفاده شوند. در این پژوهش ترکیب بین فلزی Al3Mg2 به روش ریختهگری تهیه گردید. سپس نمونههایی از این ترکیب تحت اتمسفر هیدروژن و در زمانهای مختلف آسیاکاری شدند. نتایج حاصل از آزمایش گرماسنجی جرمی و پراش اشعه ایکس نشان داد که بیشترین میزان ذخیره سازی هیدروژن پس از 2 ساعت آسیاکاری در محیط این گاز بوده و کاهش وزن حدود 4/2 درصد در اثر دفع هیدروژن از نمونه مذکور حاصل شد. این میزان کاهش در طی سه مرحله در محدوده دمایی 150، 220 و360 درجه سانتیگراد اتفاق افتاد. در مرحله بعدی Al3Mg2 حاصل از ریختهگری تحت اتمسفر هیدروژن و با حضور TiO2 به عنوان کاتالیزور در زمانهای مختلف آسیاکاری شد. نتایج حاصل از آزمایش گرماسنجی جرمی و پراش اشعه ایکس نشان داد که بیشترین میزان ذخیره سازی هیدروژن در این ترکیب پس از 2 ساعت در محیط هیدروژن بوده و کاهش وزن حدود 6/2 درصد وزنی در اثر دفع هیدروژن حاصل شد که نزدیک به مقدار تئوری است.

شبیهسازی المان محدود پدیده تبلور مجدد دینامیکی و بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر آن در جوشکاری اصطکاکی اغتشاشی آلیاژ آلومینیوم AA-2024
در پژوهش حاضر تغییرات اندازه دانه و نحوه توزیع دانهها و اثر عوامل مختلف از جمله ضریب اصطکاک، سرعت چرخشی ابزار، سرعت خطی ابزار، نرخ سرد شدن، هندسه ابزار و عمق نفوذ ابزار بر میزان تغییرات دما و اندازه دانه در حین فرآیند جوشکاری اصطکاکی اغتشاشی ورق آلیاژی آلومینیوم 2024-AA با ضخامت 8/7 میلیمتر بررسی شده است. به منظور شبیهسازی مدل اجزای محدود جوشکاری اصطکاکی اغتشاشی از نرمافزار D3 DEFORM استفاده شده است. ابزار بهصورت جسم صلب و ورق به صورت یک ماده پلاستیک قابل تغییرفرم در نظر گرفته شده است. ضریب اصطکاک بین ورق و تمامی سطوح که با ورق در تماس هستند برابر فرض شدهاند. بهمنظور صحهسنجی، مقایسهای بین دادههای شبیهسازی با نتایج تجربی انجام شده است. اثر عوامل مؤثر بر دمای حاصل از جوشکاری و میزان تغییرات اندازه دانه در مقطع عرضی خط جوش مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفتهاند. از بین متغیرهای مورد مطالعه، افزایش نرخ سردکنندگی و سرعت خطی ابزار موجب کاهش دما و اندازه دانه شده و با افزایش سایر متغیرها، دما و اندازه دانه افزایش مییابند. نتایج نشان میدهند که با روش ارائه شده در این مقاله میتوان پیشبینی دقیقی از اثر تغییرات متغیر موثر بر دما و اندازه دانه بدست آورد. در ادامه از این نتایج میتوان برای تعیین شرایط مطلوب انجام فرآیند جوشکاری اصطکاکی اغتشاشی استفاده کرد.

اثر تعداد پاس و لایه واسط جوشکاری SMAW بر ریزساختار و مقاومت به سایش فولاد زنگ نزن مارتنزیتی 410 بر روی فولاد ساده کربنی
در تحقیق حاضر ورق های فولادی ساده کربنی از جنسA516-Gr70 ASTM با استفاده از الکترود فولاد زنگ نزن E410 و E309 توسط فرآیند جوشکاری قوس الکتریک با الکترود روکش دار (SMAW) با تعداد پاسهای مختلف جوشکاری روکش کاری شد. به منظور بررسی کیفیت روکش ایجاد شده، آزمون های متالوگرافی، سختی، سایش و بررسی سطح سایش با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی انجام شد. نتایج آزمون متالوگرافی نشان داد که کلیه نمونه ها از فازهای مارتنزیت و فریت تشکیل شده اما درصد این فازها در نمونه های مختلف متفاوت بود. همچنین مشخص شد که نمونه های روکش داده شده با تعداد پاس های بیشتر، درصد فاز مارتنزیت بیشتری داشتند. نتایج آزمون سختی نشان داد که با افزایش تعداد لایه های روکش، سختی افزایش یافت. نتایج آزمون سایش نشان داد که بر خلاف انتظار، برخی از نمونه هایی که سختی بیشتری داشتند، مقاومت به سایش کمتری از خود نشان دادند. بررسی سطوح سایش نشان داد که مکانیزم سایش نمونه های روکش کاری شده بدون لایه واسط و با الکترود E410، خراشان به همراه اکسیداسیون بوده است. همچنین مکانیزم سایش نمونه های روکش کاری شده با لایه واسط الکترود E309 و سپس الکترود E410، خراشان به همراه اکسیداسیون و کندگی بوده است.

ارتباط ترکیب شیمیایی، ریزساختار و خواص تریبولوژیکی روکشجوشی راسب شده بر زیرلایه 25CrMo4 DIN- توسط فرایند SMAW
در پژوهش حاضر تاثیر عنصر کاربیدزای کروم بر ریزساختار، سختی و خواص سایشی روکش جوشی راسب شده بر زیرلایه DIN-25CrMo4 مورد پژوهش واقع شد. بدین منظور سه دسته الکترود روکشکاری با مقادیر مختلف کروم (wt%13-0~) ساخته و عملیات روکشکاری توسط فرآیند قوس الکترود دستی(SMAW) انجام شد. مطالعات ریزساختاری نوری و روبشی (SEM)، همراه با آنالیزهای فازی XRD نشان داد که با افزایش میزان کروم، ریزساختار روکش از یک زمینه فریتی با مورفولوژیهای سوزنی و چند وجهی به یک زمینه آستنیتی غنی از فازهای کاربیدی از قبیل (FeCr)7C3 تغییر مییابد. ارزیابی خصوصیات نمونههای روکشکاری شده نشان داد با افزایش میزان کروم در روکش، سختی روکش حدود 350% افزایش مییابد (سختی روکش غنی از کروم و سختی فلزپایه به ترتیب HV5±875 و HV5±200 اندازهگیری شد). بررسی رفتار سایشی نمونهها حاکی از بهبود چشمگیر مقاومت به سایش روکش غنی از کروم (کاهش 80% ضریب اصطکاک و کاهش 90% مقدار وزن از دست رفته نسبت به خواص سایشی فلزپایه) میباشد. مطالعه SEM سطوح ساییده شده دلالت بر تغییر مکانیزم سایش از سایش خراشان دو جسمی به مکانیزم برش ریز با افزایش کسر حجمی ترکیبات کاربیدی در نمونههای با مقدار کروم بالاتر دارد.

بررسی ریزساختار سوپرآلیاژ اینکونل 718 در حالت های ریختگی و همگن سازی شده
ریزساختار سوپرآلیاژ اینکونل 718 در حالتهای ریخته شده (ذوب مجدد در قوس الکتریکی تحت خلاء و انجماد در قالب مسی آبگرد) و همگن سازی شده مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت مطالعه ریزساختار و تجزیه و تحلیل عنصری، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی و روش طیف سنجی پراکندگی انرژی استفاده شد. حضور ساختار یوتکتیک آستنیت / فاز لاوه و کاربیدها بر اساس نمودار فازی و ریزجدایش عناصر نیوبیوم و مولیبدن بین بازوهای دندریتی زمینهی آستنیتی مورد بحث قرار گرفت. در ساختار یوتکتیکی مقدار عنصر نیوبیوم بر حسب درصد وزنی برابر با 20 تخمین زده شد که بسیار بالاتر از مقدار متناظر آن در ترکیب شیمیایی آلیاژ پایه یعنی 5 میباشد. بر اساس تجزیه و تحلیل عنصری، فاز لاوه Ni2Nb و کاربید MC مشخصهیابی شدند. همچنین انحلال فاز لاوه و ناپدید شدن ساختار دندریتی به عنوان نتیجهی عملیات همگن سازی دمای بالا بحث شد و مشخص شد که پس از عملیات همگن سازی، با انحلال فاز لاوه و ناپدید شدن ساختار دندریتی، کاربیدها در ریزساختار باقی می مانند.

سنتز و بررسی خواص جذب فریت کبالت و نانوکامپوزیت فریت کبالت-هیدروکسی آپاتیت
در این تحقیق، پودر فریت کبالت (CoFe2O4) و کامپوزیت فریت کبالت-هیدروکسی آپاتیت به روش هم رسوبی سه مرحلهای سنتز شد. پودرهای سنتز شده با استفاده از روشهای مشخصهیابی پراش پرتو ایکس (XRD)، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی گسیل میدانی (FESEM) و طیف سنجی مادون قرمز (FTIR) مشخصهیابی شدند. نتایج پراش پرتو ایکس تشکیل فاز هیدروکسی آپاتیت در کنار پیکهای فریت کبالت را تایید میکند. طیف FTIR نشان دهنده تشکیل پیوندهای فسفاتی در ترکیب بود که تایید کننده تشکیل هیدروکسی آپاتیت در کنار فاز فریت کبالت بود. نتایج آزمایشات جذب رنگ متیلن بلو ذرات نانو کامپوزیتی سنتز شده نشان داد با افزایش pH مقدار جذب رنگ افزایش داشت. همچنین مقادیر بهینه جذب با استفاده از 03/0 گرم از جاذب در غلظت 10 میلی گرم بر لیتر از متیلن بلو و 9=pH در زمان 45 دقیقه در حدود 100 درصد به دست آمد. همچنین در نتایج به دست آمده مشاهده شد که میزان جذب متیلن بلو بر روی کامپوزیت سنتز شده بسیار بالاتر از فریت کبالت بود و نیز نسبت به هیدروکسی آپاتیت خالص در زمان پایینتری جذب انجام گرفت.

بررسی اثر عملیات حرارتی همدمای دما پایین بر خواص مکانیکی و چقرمگی شکست ورق فولاد فوق مستحکم AISI 4340
امروزه استفاده از فولادهای فوق مستحکم به دلیل استحکام ویژهی بالا (نسبت استحکام به وزن) در صنایع حساس و استراتژیک کشور مانند صنایع دفاعی، هستهای، هوافضا و خودروسازی کاربرد فراوانی پیدا کرده است. از میان فولادهای فوق مستحکم، کاربرد فولادهای فوق مستحکم کم آلیاژ کربن متوسط که در سازههای حساس نظیر مخازن تحت فشار، پوستهی موتور موشک سوخت جامد، برخی از اجزای پمپها، ارابهی فرود هواپیما، چرخدندهها و اتصالات استفاده میشوند، به دلیل دارا بودن مزایایی مانند جوشپذیری و شکلپذیری مناسب، هزینهی تولید نسبتاً کم و قابلیت دسترسی آسان، در حال گسترش میباشد. مهمترین محدودیت کاربردی این فولادها، درصد ازدیاد طول، انرژی ضربه و چقرمگی شکست پایین در مقادیر استحکام تسلیم بالاتر از MPa1300 میباشد. ریزساختارهای دو فازی بینیت پایینی/مارتنزیت، قابلیت ترکیب همزمان استحکام و درصد ازدیاد طول بالا را در این فولادها دارند. لذا در تحقیق حاضر، تحولات ریزساختاری ناشی از عملیات حرارتی آستمپرینگ دما پایین بر خواص مکانیکی کششی و انرژی ضربهی ورق فولاد پرکاربرد AISI 4340 پرداخته شده است. پس از ارزیابی تحولات ریزساختاری، خواص مکانیکی کششی و انرژی ضربهی نمونههای آستمپرینگ شده و تحلیل دادههای بدست آمده، نمونهی 4 دقیقه آستمپرینگ شده با مقادیر استحکام تسلیم، استحکام کششی نهایی، درصد ازدیاد طول، انرژی ضربه و چقرمگی شکست محاسبه شده به ترتیب MPa1403، MPa1523، 11.85 درصد، 52 ژول و MPa√m102 به عنوان نمونهی بهینه از نظر خواص مکانیکی کششی و چقرمگی شکست انتخاب گردید.
