تأثیر روش ساخت بر ریزساختار و خواص مکانیکی داربست های کامپوزیتی کلسیم فسفات/ ژلاتین- نشاسته
وقوع آسیب های استخوانی مانند شکستگی های بزرگ استخوان در اثر عوامل متعدّد غیرقابل انکار است. در این موارد به داربستی نیاز است تا به کمک آن، منطقه آسیب دیده ترمیم شود. هدف از این پژوهش، ساخت و بررسی خواص مکانیکی داربست های کلسیم فسفات/ ژلاتین- نشاسته است. بدین منظور پس از سنتز ذرّات کلسیم فسفات به روش سل ژل، از سه روش مختلف برای ساخت داربست کامپوزیتی کلسیم فسفات-ژلاتین استفاده شد. درنهایت روشی که دارای ریزساختار کاملاً متخلخل و مطلوب بود، به عنوان روش بهینه جهت ساخت داربست های کلسیم فسفات/ ژلاتین- نشاسته انتخاب گردید. در ساخت کامپوزیت ها از 4 درصد وزنی مختلف نشاسته در محلول ژلاتین استفاده و تأثیر پوشش ژلاتینی دارای اتّصالات عرضی با گلوتارآلدهید نیز بررسی گردید. طبق نتایج حاصل از آزمون مکانیکی، نمونه حاوی 60درصد ژلاتین و 40درصد نشاسته، دارای استحکام خمشی بهینه بوده که مقدار آن، 2.3 مگاپاسکال برای نمونه بدون پوشش و 4.5 مگاپاسکال مربوط به نمونه دارای پوشش است. همچنین نتایج حاصل از تصویربرداری با میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی(SEM)، وجود شبکه کاملاً متخلخل با حفرات به هم پیوسته را در سطح نمونه های پوشش داده شده و حضور تخلخل های موضعی در ساختار متراکم را در قسمت های داخلی آن نشان می دهد.نتایج کشت سلولهای بنیادی پالپ دندان عقل نیز زیست سازگاری و وجود قابلیت چسبندگی و تکثیر سلولهای بنیادی برروی داربست را اثبات میکند.

بررسی رفتار جدایش روی از محلول حاوی منیزیم حاصل از شستشوی فیلترکیک واحد های فروشویی ماده معدنی روی به روش استخراج حلالی
فرآیند استخراج حلالی فلزات از محلولهای آبی حاوی ناخالصی ها همواره مورد توجه محققان مختلفی بوده است. در تحقیق حاضر جدایش روی از محلولهای حاصل از شستشوی فیلترکیک واحدهای فروشویی ماده معدنی روی در حضور ناخالصی منیزیم توسط استخراجکننده دی 2- اتیل هگزیل فسفریک اسید (D2EHPA) رقیقشده در کروسین موردبررسی قرار گرفت. آزمایشهای متعددی بهمنظور بررسی اثر پارامترهای اصلی بر جدایش وبازدهی استخراج روی از محلول سولفاتی روی طراحی وانجام گرفت. تاثیر پارامترهای مختلف بر فرآیند استخراج شامل pH، غلظتD2EHPA، دمای واکنش و نسبت فاز آلی به آبی مورد ارزیابی واقع شد. بر اساس نتایج بهدستآمده در شرایط بهینه 3-5/2=pH، 20درصدحجمی= [D2EHPA] و در دمای40 درجه سانتیگراد، درصد استخراج یونهای روی و منیزیم به ترتیب برابر 95درصد و 10درصد بوده درحالی که∆pH0.5(Zn-Mg) در شرایط20 درصد حجمی D2EHPA بیش از1/5 به دست آمده است. همچنین در نسبت فاز آبی به آلی 1:1A/O= فاکتور جدایش روی از ناخالصی منیزیم در شرایط بهینه معادل 5010 بدست آمد.

بررسی خواص پوشش MoS2-Ti ایجاد شده توسط فرآیند پراکنش مگنترونی DC
دی سولفید مولیبدن (MoS2) یکی از رایجترین پوششهای روانکار جامد است که تاکنون با استفاده از روشهای مختلفی، روی سطوح تحت سایش اعمالشده است. این پوشش به علت حساسیت بالا به رطوبت کارایی مناسبی در شرایط محیطی ندارد. یک روش برای کاهش حساسیت آن به رطوبت و اکسیژن هم رسوبی MoS2 با عناصر است. در این تحقیق پوششهای MoSx/Ti- به روش کندوپاش مغناطیسی جریان مستقیم، روی فولاد اعمال شد. نسبت تیتانیوم در پوشش با استفاده از تارگت های مختلف کنترل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که ضخامت و سختی پوشش های ایجاد شده به ترتیب 4-6 میکرومتر و 850-1400 ویکرز بود. میزان کریستالی ساختار با افزایش میزان تیتانیوم کاهش مییابد. حضور تیتانیوم در پوشش MoSx باعث بهبود چسبندگی و افزایش سختی پوشش میگردد. مقدار بهینه افزودن تیتانیوم برای ایجاد بهترین خواص سایشی پوشش MoSx (کمترین مقادیر ضریب اصطکاک و نرخ سایش) 5 درصد اتمی تعیین گردید. سایش ورقهای و تریبوشیمی و خراشان با مکانیزم خیش ریز بهعنوان مهمترین مکانیزمهای حاکم در سایش پوشش تعیین شد.

بررسی مکانیزمهای نرم شدن و تعیین معادلات ساختاری در طی تغییر شکل داغ آلیاژ آلومینیوم 5456
شناخت مکانیزمهای نرم شدن آلیاژهای نوردی آلومینیوم در طی شکلدهی داغ به منظور کنترل ساختار و ریزساختار و پیشبینی تنش سیلان جهت شبیهسازی صحیح فرآیند شکلدهی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. در پژوهش حاضر، آزمایش فشار داغ جهت شناخت رفتار شکلدهی داغ آلیاژ آلومینیوم 5456 و تأثیر پارامترهای دما، کرنش و نرخ کرنش بر تنش سیلان آنها انجام گرفت. نمونههای استوانهای شکل از آلیاژ مذکور به قطر mm10 و ارتفاع mm15 در دماهای 400،350، 450، 500، ˚C550 و نرخ کرنشهای 1، 1/0، 01/0، 1-s 001/0 تا کرنش 7/0 تغییر شکل داده شده و بلافاصله پس از پایان تغییر شکل داغ به منظور مطالعه ریزساختاری در آب کوئنچ شدند. بررسی منحنیهای سیلان آلیاژ مذکور با استفاده از نتایج آزمایش فشار داغ نشان میدهد که با افزایش دمای تغییر شکل و کاهش نرخ کرنش، تنش سیلان کاهش یافته و به دیل انرژی نقص در چیده شدن بالای آلومینیوم تمایل به بازیابی دینامیکی بیش از تبلورمجدد دینامیکی است. به کمک معادلات ساختاری، روابط لازم برای محاسبه تنش قله این آلیاژ در شرایط مختلف دما و نرخ کرنش بیان گردید و انرژی فعالسازی تغییر شکل داغ این آلیاژ KJ.mol-1 182 محاسبه شد.

شبیه سازی عددی و اعتبارسنجی آزمایشگاهی تحولات حرارتی و اعوجاج ایجاد شده در حین جوشکاری پرتو الکترونی روی ورق از جنس آلیاژ Ti-6Al-4V
جوشکاری پرتو الکترونی (EBW) یک روش جوشکاری با بازدهی و دقت بالا است که کاربرد آن در صنایع مختلف از جمله خودروسازی، هواپیمایی و هوافضا به شدت رو به افزایش است. شبیه سازی فرآیند جوشکاری پرتو الکترونی با هدف پیشبینی تنش باقیمانده در قطعه کار و آنالیز پروفیل های دمایی و تنشی حین فرآیند جوشکاری، به جهت امکان مهندسی جوش و پیشبینی شرایط بهینه، همواره مورد توجه محققین بوده است. در این پژوهش مدل المان محدود جوشکاری پرتو الکترونی به صورت سه بعدی آماده شده و بر روی نرمافزار Abaqus بارگذاری شده است. این مدل شامل برهمکنش های حرارتی، مکانیکی و پدیده های متالورژیکی است. آنالیز حرارتی به صورت یکطرفه با آنالیز مکانیکی کوپل شده است. منبع حرارتی مورد استفاده، منبع حرارتی ترکیبی است که با استفاده از سابروتین و کدنویسی به زبان فورترن به آباکوس متصل شده است. جوشکاری در محیط خلاء بوده و اتلاف حرارت ناشی از هدایت حرارتی و تابش، در قسمت های مختلف بعنوان شرایط مرزی بر مدل اعمال شده است. قطعه کار از جنس آلیاژ Ti-6Al-4V بوده و خواص حرارتی و مکانیکی وابسته به دما تعریف شده است. تغییرات دمایی حین جوشکاری و تنش باقیمانده فلز پایه که از شبیه سازی عددی بدست آمده است با نتایج ثبت شده در بررسی های عملی قابل مقایسه بوده و تطابق قابل قبول حاصل شده که دقت مدل منبع حرارتی ترکیبی مورد استفاده در این پژوهش جهت مدلسازی جوشکاری پرتو الکترونی را نشان می دهد.

اتصال آلیاژ آلومینیوم 5083 و آلیاژ منیزیم 31 AZ به دو روش جوشکاری نفوذی و جوشکاری همزن اصطکاکی (FSW) انجام شد. برای نمونه FSW از سرعت چرخش rpm400 و سرعت حرکت خطی mm/min50 استفاده شد. دمای اندازه گیری شده در این نمونه تا بیشینه °C435 در اطراف سمت پیشرونده ابزار افزایش یافت. چرخه دمایی نمونه FSW نشانگر یک ترازشدگی در دمای حدود °C430 بود که در حدود 8 ثانیه ادامه دارد. وجود این ترازشدگی دمایی، مبین آن است که با عبور پین از روی هر دماسنج، دما در آن دماسنج، ثابت باقی میماند. این موضوع میتواند مبین آن باشد که احتمالا یک واکنش یوتکتیک اتفاق افتاده و همین موضوع سبب ثابت ماندن دما درلحظه عبور پین از روی دماسنج شده است. جوشکاری نفوذی در بیشینه دمایی که در هنگام FSW تجربه میشود (°C435) و مدت زمان اتصالدهی 60 دقیقه انجام شد. جوش دارای یک شکل نامتعارف در مرکز جوش اتصال نفوذی بود که سختی متفاوتی نسبت به دو فلز پایه از خود نشان داد. ناحیه دارای شکل نامتعارف در جوش نفوذی و فصل مشترک Mg و Alدر جوش همزن اصطکاکی، هردو حاوی حجم زیادی از ترکیبات بینفلزی Al12Mg17 بوده و سختی کاملا بالاتری در مرکز جوش از خود نشان دادند. در تحقیق حاضر این نظریه مطرح شده که ذوب قانونمند و نفوذ در حالت جامد در فصل مشترک، باعث تشکیل ترکیب بینفلزی Al12Mg17 به ترتیب در مرکز جوش نفوذی و جوش همزن اصطکاکی شده است و همین امر باعث افزایش سختی در ناحیه جوش گشته است.

مروری بر صنعت منیزیم در ایران- تهدیدها و فرصتها
در دو دهه اخیر تلاشهای گستردهای به منظور افزایش استفاده از منیزیم و یافتن راه حلهای مناسب برای مقابله با محدودیتهای آن صورت گرفته است. در این راستا تولید و تقاضا آلیاژهای منیزیم نیز در بازارهای بین المللی با رشد قابل توجهی همراه بوده است. در ایران نیز توجه به تولید و به کار-گیری این فلز گسترش یافته است. در تحقیق حاضر تلاش شده است در ابتدا روشهای تولید منیزیم به طور مختصر معرفی و سپس با بررسی ویژگی-های هر روش، مزیتهای نسبی ایران در تولید منیزیم گردآوری و ارائه شود. علی رغم وجود مزیتهای مهم از جمله فراوانی مواد اولیه، در دسترس بودن انرژی و نیروی کار ارزان، تولید منیزیم با تهدیدات بالقوهای همراه میباشد. در ادامه این مقاله به تهدیدات صنعت تولید منیزیم اولیه مانند موانع تامین مواد اولیه مناسب و سرمایه در گردش در کشور پرداخته شده است. در نهایت ضمن بررسی سوابق تولید، عرضه و تقاضای منیزیم در ایران کاربردهای اصلی متالورژیکی و سازه ای منیزیم در صنایع ایران معرفی شده اند. بررسیهای فنی و اقتصادی نشان میدهد که با توجه به مزایای رقابتی ایران برای تولید و استفاده از این فلز، صنعت منیزیم در کشور با توسعه قابل ملاحظهای همراه خواهد بود.
