بررسی سینتیک تبلور شیشه فلز حجیم Au50Cu25.5Ag7.5Si17 تحت گرمایش پیوسته و هم دما
در پژوهش حاضر رفتار سینتیکی فلز شیشهای حجیم پایه طلا با ترکیب Au50Cu25.5Ag7.5Si17 (at%) در محدوده مذاب فوق تبرید شده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. سینتیک استحاله شیشهای شدن و تبلور این آلیاژ شیشهای تحت شرایط گرمایش پیوسته ( غیر همدما) و همدما توسط گرماسنجی روبشی افتراقی بررسی شد. نتایج حاکی از وقوع تبلور یک مرحلهای در آلیاژ طی گرمایش پیوسته است. نتایج نشان داد که دمای تبلور و شیشهای شدن تابعی از نرخ گرمایش هستند. تحت شرایط غیر همدما، انرژیهای اکتیواسیون مرتبط با دماهای مشخصه توسط رابطه کیسینجر محاسبه شدند. . مقدار انرژی اکتیواسیون برای هر یک از استحالههای تحول شیشه، تبلور و پیک تبلور به ترتیب 246، 183 و 161 kJ/mol به دست آمده است. مقادیر انرژیهای اکتیواسیون محاسبه شده حاکی از بیشتر بودن انرژی لازم برای تحول شیشه نسبت به تبلور است. مکانیسم تبلور تحت شرایط همدما توسط رابطه جانسون – مل – اورامی بررسی شد. مقدار توان اورامی در بازه 1 تا 6/1 محاسبه شد که نشان دهنده جوانهزنی ناهمگن ذرات با حجم قابل توجه در آغاز تحول میباشد.

بررسی رفتار و سینتیک بلوری شدن لایه نازک آلیاژ شیشه ای پایه تیتانیم
لایه نازک با ترکیب شیمیایی Ti45Cu35Zr15Sn5 بوسیله روش کندوپاش مغناطیسی جریان مستقیم در اتمسفر آرگون و در دمای محیط تهیه گردید. بررسی ریزساختار توسط پراش اشعه ایکس و میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری حاکی از وجود ساختار آمورف در لایه های نازک پس از کندوپاش می باشد. در این مقاله رفتار و سینتیک بلوری شدن لایه نازک شیشه ای با استفاده از آنالیز گرماسنجی روبشی تفاضلی بصورت همدما و غیرهمدما مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بررسی آنالیر حرارتی غیرهمدما در سرعتهای گرمایش مختلف حاکی از بلوری شدن دومرحله ای لایه نازک است. با افزایش نرخ گرمایش دماهای بلوری شدن افزایش می یابد و منطقه فوق تبرید کاهش می یابد. محاسبه انرژی اکتیواسیون محلی نشان می دهد که کسرحجمی بلوری شده بر روی مقدار انرژی فعالسازی موثر می باشد. بیشترین مقدار انرژی فعالسازی مربوط به مرحله ابتدایی فرآیند است و با افزایش کسر بلوری شده کاهش می یابد و در مرحله پایانی انرژی فعالسازی ناگهان کاهش می یابد. همچنین منحنی های کسر بلوری شده بر حسب دما برای همه نرخهای گرمایش به صورت سیگمودال می باشد که نشان می دهد، بلوری شدن لایه نازک از طریق فرآیند جوانه زنی و رشد رخ می دهد و بررسی توان اورامی محلی در بلوری شدن همدما، بیانگر این است که مکانیزم بلوری شدن رشد نفوذی دو یا سه بعدی همراه با کاهش نرخ جوانه زنی می باشد.

تاثیر فرآیند ترمومکانیکی بر روی فولادهای بینیتی نانوساختار کربن متوسط
در سالهای اخیر تلاشهای زیادی برای توسعهی نسل جدیدی از فولادها تحت عنوان فولادهای نانوساختار بینیتی انجام شده است. اندازه دانه آستنیت اولیه از پارامترهای موثر در تشکیل ریزساختار بینیتی میباشد. فرآیند مارتنزیت از جمله فرآیندهای ترمومکانیکی پیشرفته است که مشتمل بر نورد سرد ریزساختار مارتنزیتی و آنیل متعاقب آن میباشد. در این پژوهش سعی شده است تا تاثیر تلفیق فرآیند مارتنزیت و فرآیند آستمپرینگ بر روی ریزساختار و خواص مکانیکی فولادهای نانوساختار بینیتی بررسی شود. فولا مورد استفاده در این پژوهش از نوع کربن متوسط و آلومینیوم بالا بوده که طراحی و سپس ریختهگری شده و در نهایت نورد داغ شده است. این فولاد در دمای °C 1030 به مدت 20 دقیقه آستنیته شده و سپس در آب کوئنچ گردید تا ساختار مارتنزیت حاصل گردد. نمونهها به میزان 20 درصد توسط نورد سرد کاهش مقطع داده شده و سپس در دمای °C 600 به مدت 20 دقیقه آنیل شدند. نمونهها مجددا در دما و زمان مشابه آستنیته شده و در دمای °C 340 تحت عملیات آستمپرینگ قرار گرفتند. بررسیهای ریزساختاری با استفاده از پراش پرتو ایکس، میکروسکوپهای نوری و الکترونی روبشی انجام گرفت و به منظور ارزیابی خواص مکانیکی از آزمون کشش استفاده شد. به دلیل تشدید نرخ استحاله بینیتی و تغییرات کم اندازه دانه آستنیت اولیه تفاوت زیادی در خواص مشاهده نشد. استحکام کشش نهایی برای نمونهها با اندازه دانه بزرگ (47 میکرومتر) 1279مگاپاسکال با ازدیاد طول 23 درصد و برای نمونهها با اندازه دانه ریزتر (33 میکرومتر) 1231 مگاپاسکال با ازیاد طول 19 درصد به دست آمد.

بررسی فرآیند استخراج حلالی عناصر خاکی نادر از آهنربای دائمی مستعمل NdFeB
در پژوهش حاضر، امکان بازیابی و جداسازی عناصر خاکی نادر موجود در آهنرباهای مستعمل NdFeB مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این راستا پس از مغناطیسزدایی و خردایش آهنربا، فروشویی آهنربا در اسید سولفوریک 2 مولار انجام شد. رسوب دهی عناصر خاکی نادر از طریق تولید سولفات مضاعف عناصرخاکی نادر انجام گرفته که پس از جداکردن رسوب حاصله، آهن و بور به عنوان ناخالصیهای اصلی در محلول باقی ماند. سپس رسوب سدیم دوسولفات عناصر خاکی نادر با محلول اسید اگزالیک واکنش داده شده و اگزالات آن ها تولید شد. از تشویه اگزالات عناصر خاکی نادر بدست آمده در دمای 950 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت 2 ساعت، اکسید ناخالص عناصر خاکی نادر تولید گردید. در نهایت با فروشویی این ماده در اسید کلریدریک 0.5 مولار، محلولی حاوی عناصر نئودیمیوم Nd، پرازئودیمیوم Pr، دیسپروزیوم Dy و لانتانیوم La بدست آمد که بررسی استخراج عناصر مذکور از محلول به روش استخراج حلالی و بصورت جذب شده در فاز آلی با استفاده از استخراج کننده D2EHPA مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، امکان استخراج انتخابی دیسپروزیوم در pH کمتر از 0.5 وجود دارد، در حالیکه در pH بالاتر استخراج هر چهار عنصر با بازده بالا انجام می شود. عناصر سنگین تر با راندمان بالاتری استخراج می شوند و با کاهش جرم اتمی، راندمان استخراج کاهش می یابد. در شرایط مورد بررسی آزمایش، استخراج حلالی عناصر Dy، Nd و Pr در pH=3 تقریباً بطور کامل انجام گردید.

اثر دما و زمان آنیل انحلالی ثانویه بر توزیع رسوبات γ' در سوپرآلیاژ ریختگی GTD-111
ایجاد توزیعی یکنواخت از رسوبات γ'در سوپرآلیاژهای پایه نیکل از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. افزودن عملیات حرارتی آنیل انحلالی ثانویه به عملیات حرارتی مرسوم سوپرآلیاژ پلیکریستالGTD-111 که یکی از سوپرآلیاژهای پرکاربرد صنعتی است، از راههای ایجاد توزیع یکنواخت و افزایش کسر حجمی رسوبات فاز γ' است. در این تحقیق، اثر دمای آنیل انحلالی ثانویه در دماهای 960، 980 و 1000 درجه سانتیگراد و زمانهای 1، 2، 4 و 8 ساعت بر ریزساختار سوپرآلیاژ پلی-کریستالGTD-111 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بررسیها توسط میکروسکوپ نوری و الکترونی روبشی نشان داد که آنیل انحلالی ثانویه در دمای 980 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت 4 ساعت، سبب بهبود ریزساختار از جهت کاهش مقدار فاز مضر یوتکتیک به حدود 4 درصد حجمی و بهبود توزیع و افزایش درصد حجمی فاز استحکامبخش γ' به حدود 54 درصدحجمی میشود. مورفولوژی فاز γ' به دستآمده در این شرایط، مورفولوژی مطلوب مکعبی با توزیع یگانه و یکنواخت میباشد و این موارد از جمله تغییرات مطلوب ریزساختاری در سوپرآلیاژها هستند. در این مقاله ریزساختار سوپرآلیاژ GTD111 در شرایط مختلف آنیل انحلالی ثانویه مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفته است.

سوپرآلیاژهای پایه نیکل رسوب سخت شونده از قابلیت جوشپذیری پائینی برخوردار بوده و جوشکاری آنها در صنعت بازسازی قطعات داغ توربین گاز، امری چالش برانگیز میباشد. امروزه با بکارگیری از روشهای نوین جوشکاری از جمله لایه نشانی با لیزر سعی شده است ضمن کاهش چالش موجود، کیفیت جوشکاری سوپرآلیاژها ارتقاء یابد. در این تحقیق نمونههایی از جنس سوپر آلیاژ پایه نیکل IN738LC به کمک لیزر جامد Nd:YAG با فیلر سوپر آلیاژ IN625 لایه نشانی شد. حضور عیوب متالورژیکی نظیر فازهای اکسیدی، تخلخل و ترک در ریزساختار فلز پایه، لایه جوش و فصل مشترک بین آنها توسط میکروسکوپ نوری و الکترونی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نفوذ کافی لایه جوش در سطح فلز پایه، حضور کم فازهای اکسیدی و همچنین درصد پائین حفرات در لایه جوش در تصاویر میکروسکوپی مشاهده شد. همچنین جهت اطمینان از وضعیت ریزساختار، آزمونهای مکانیکی بر روی نمونه-های لایه نشانی شده و فلز پایه انجام شد و خواص کشش دمای محیط و سختی آنها با همدیگر و با استاندارد پذیرش سوپر آلیاژ IN738LC مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. نتایج خواص مکانیکی نشان داده است که متوسط میزان استحکام تسلیم و استحکام کششی نهایی نمونههای لایه نشانی شده با خواص کششی فلز پایه اختلاف چندانی نداشته (به ترتیب 2/1%و2/3%) ولی متوسط میزان سختی و درصد انعطاف پذیری آن بطور قابل ملاحظهای (به ترتیب 0/11و3/33%) کاهش یافته است.

سنتز خودپیشرونده دما بالای کاربید تیتانیم آلومینیم به کمک فعالسازی مکانیکی
سنتز خودپیشرونده دما بالای کاربید تیتانیم آلومینیم به کمک فعالسازی مکانیکی نویسندگان: مریم اخلاقی، سیدعلی طیبیفرد، اسمعیل صلاحی، مهدی شاهدی اصل، گرت اشمیت نویسنده مسیول: مریم اخلاقی در پژوهش حاضر، سنتز ترکیب سهتایی Ti3AlC2 با استفاده از مواد اولیه تیتانیم، آلومینیم و گرافیت به روش سنتز خودپیشرونده دما بالای فعالشده مکانیکی انجام شد. سنتز این ترکیب در مد انفجار حرارتی با استفاده از مواد اولیه به نسبت Ti:Al:C=3:1:2 در کوره تیوبی انجام گرفت و سازوکار تشکیل این ترکیب بررسی شد. مشخصهیابی محصول سنتز به کمک گرماسنجی افتراقی، میکروسکوپهای الکترونی روبشی و عبوری و پراش پرتو ایکس انجام شد. هر چند ترکیب Ti3AlC2، بهعنوان فاز اصلی محصول سنتز شناسایی شد، تشکیل محصول جانبی TiC در کنار فاز اصلی نیز اجتناب ناپذیر بود. بررسیها نشان داد که تشکیل ترکیبهای TiC و TiAl نقش اساسی در سنتز خودپیشرونده دما بالای فاز Ti3AlC2 دارد. کلیدواژه: فعالسازی مکانیکی، سنتز خودپیشرونده دما بالا، فاز مکس، Ti3AlC2.
