تاثیر انجام تغییرشکل پلاستیک شدید به روش پیچش تحت فشار بالا بر ریزساختار، خواص مکانیکی و رفتار سودوالاستیسیته فولاد Fe-10Ni-7Mn (wt.%)آنیلشده در منطقه دو فازی آستنیت-فریت
در پژوهش حاضر، تاثیر تغییرشکل پلاستیک شدید به روش پیچش تحت فشار بالا به همراه آنیل در منطقه دو فازی فریت-آستنیت بر ریزساختار، خواص مکانیکی و سودوالاستیسیته فولاد مارتنزیتی کم کربن Fe-10Ni-7Mn (wt.%) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور نمونه ها در سه حالت پس از آنیل محلولی و آنیل هم دما در دماهای ℃ 580 و 600 به مدت 2 ساعت در معرض فرآیند پیچش تحت فشار بالا قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که اعمال 20 دور فرآیند پیچش تحت فشار بالا بر نمونه های آنیل محلولی و آنیل شده موجب بهبود چشمگیر سختی و استحکام نهایی، کاهش اندازه دانه به ابعاد نانومتری و دستیابی به چکش خواری مطلوب شده است. بررسی های فازی نشان داد که فرآیند پیچش تحت فشار بالا موجب رخداد دگرگونی معکوس مارتنزیت به آستنیت در نمونه آنیل محلولی و دگرگونی آستنیت به مارتنزیت در نمونه های آنیل شده در منطقه دوفازی آستنیت-فریت شده است. در مقایسه سه نمونه مورد مطالعه، نمونه آنیل شده در دمای C° 600 و سپس فرآوری شده با فرآیند پیچش تحت فشار بالا، سختی مطلوبتر با بیشترین میزان یکنواختی و همچنین استحکام نهایی و تغییرطول تا شکست بهینه ای نسبت به دو نمونه دیگر ارائه داد. به دلیل درصد آستنیت بیشتر موجود در ریزساختار این نمونه، اندازه دانه کوچک و استحکام نهایی بیشتر، امکان حرکت برگشت پذیر فصل مشترک فازهای آستنیت و مارتنزیت اپسیلن بهتر مهیا شد و در نتیجه میزان سودوالاستیک به دست آمده از این نمونه نسبت به دو حالت دیگر اندکی بیشتر بوده است.

تاثیر تخلخل بر خستگی برنز آلومینیوم نیکل دار ریختگی و ارایه روشی برای کاهش پراکندگی داده ها
در این پژوهش تاثیر حفرههای ریختگی بر استحکام خستگی برنز آلومینیوم نیکلدار ریختگی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. به این منظور آزمایش خستگی چهار نقطهای تحت شرایط R = -1 و فرکانس 50 هرتز روی این آلیاژ انجام شد. بررسی نتایج و رسم منحنی S-N آلیاژ نشان داد به دلیل وجود تخلخل و عیوب ریختگی در نمونه ها، داده های خستگی پراکندگی زیادی دارند که این پراکندگی با افزایش تنش اعمال شده بیشتر می شود. جهت کاهش پراکندگی داده ها و محاسبه استحکام خستگی، اندازه تخلخل در سطح مقطع شکست به کمک تصاویر میکروسکوپی الکترونی روبشی و تکنیک پردازش تصویر اندازه گرفته شد. سپس به کمک نتایج به دست آمده استحکام خستگی بر اساس اندازه سطح موثر نمونه ها محاسبه شد. بررسی نتایج نشان داد که رسم منحنی S - N بر اساس تنش محاسبه شده به عیوب ریخته گری و حفرهها وابستگی کمتری دارد و شاخص واقعی تری از استحکام خستگی برنز آلومینیوم نیکلدار ریختگی به شمار می آید.

ساخت پوسته ی مخروطی مسی با استفاده از فرآیند الکتروفرمینگ و بررسی پارامترهای موثر بر فرآیند ساخت آن از طریق شبیه سازی عددی
هدف از این پژوهش نشان دادن مزایای شبیه سازی رایانه ای و مطالعات پارامتری در بهبود فرآیند الکتروفرمینگ مس می باشد. برای این منظور مدل المان محدود برای یک هندسه مخروطی شکل با استفاده از نرم افزار کامسول تهیه و اثر پارامترهای کلیدی شامل دانسیته ی جریان اعمالی، هدایت الکتریکی محلول، فاصله ی الکترودها، و طول آند، بر میزان یکنواختی ضخامت بررسی شد. به منظور صحت سنجی مدل، یک پوسته ی مخروطی شکل در آزمایشگاه به روش الکتروفرمینگ تولید، و توزیع ضخامت در آن با نتایج حاصل از شبیه سازی مقایسه شد. مقایسه ی نتایج نشان داد برای شبیه سازی فرآیند الکتروفرمینگ، استفاده از مدل توزیع جریان سه گانه ، یک مدل دقیق و کارآمد است و می توان از آن برای مطالعات پارامتری استفاده کرد. در نهایت پس از مطالعه ی پارامتری مشخص شد همه ی متغیرهای انتخاب شده تاثیر قابل توجهی بر ضخامت کلی ایجاد شده و میزان یکنواختی ضخامت دارند. علاوه بر این مشخص شد که دانسیته ی جریان اعمالی بیش ترین و فاصله ی الکترود ها کمترین اثر را بر مقدار ضخامت و یکنواختی آن دارد.

بررسی ریزساختار و خواص مکانیکی نانوکامپوزیت A356/SiC تولید شده به روش گردابی اصلاح شده
در این تحقیق، تاثیر درصد وزنی نانوذرات سرامیکی بر نحوهی توزیع و خواص مکانیکی کامپوزیت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به این منظور از نانوذرات SiC با متوسط اندازه ذره 80 نانومتر استفاده شد که با درصدهای وزنی ۰.۵، ۱ و ۱.۵ به مذاب در دمای °∁610 و به روش ریختهگری گردابی اصلاح شده به همراه فشار گاز خنثی تزریق شد. بررسیهای ریزساختاری توسط میکروسکوپ نوری و الکترونی روبشی گسیل میدانی (FESEM) نشان داد که نانوکامپوزیتها از ریزساختار ظریفتری نسبت به آلیاژ تقویت نشده برخوردارند به طوری که میانگین انداره بازوهای دندریتی تا 50 درصد کاهش یافته است و توزیع ذرات در زمینه با کاهش درصد وزنی بهبود مییابد. بررسی سختی نمونهها توسط سختی سنجی برینل نشان داد که وجود ذرات مقاومساز موجب افزایش سختی نمونههای کامپوزیتی شده و بیشترین سختی مربوط به نمونه با ۰.۵% وزنی از نانوذرات SiC با افزایش 40 درصدی در سختی است. درصد تخلخل نمونه های ریختگی با استفاده از روش ارشمیدس و محاسبه اختلاف چگالی واقعی و ظاهری اندازهگیری شد و مشخص شد با افزایش درصد وزنی ذرات SiC از ۰.۵ به ۱.۵ ، حدودا 3% بر میزان تخلخل موجود در نمونهها افزوده می شود.

ایجاد شرایط بهینه جهت تولید گندله خام مناسب از کنسانترههای سنگ آهن با سطح ویژه پایین توسط افزودنیهای آلی و معدنی
اساساً یکی از چالشهای افزایش ظرفیت واحدهای گندلهسازی در راستای برنامه افزایش تولید فولاد کشور، محدودیت در ظرفیت خردایش آسیاهای معادن سنگ آهن است. در سالهای اخیر دستیابی به اهداف تعیینشده منجر به کاهش سطح ویژه ذرات در طی فرآیند خردایش شده است. از این رو، هدف از این تحقیق ارائه راهکارهای اجرایی جهت دستیابی به تولید گندله خام مناسب از کنسانترههای سنگ آهن با سطح ویژه پایین (کمتر از cm2/g 1500) است. به این منظور، فرایند گندلهسازی توسط مخلوطی از کنسانترههای ریزدانه معادن چادرملو و بافق با دامنه تغییرات سطح ویژه از 1220 تا cm2/g 1396 در پایلوت انجام شد. از مواد مختلف افزودنی نظیر بنتونیت، سدیم کربوکسیمتیل سلولز (CMC)، سدیم هیدروکسید و سدیم کربنات استفاده شد. زاویه تماس سیالهای آب مقطر، آب فرایند، سدیم هیدروکسید و محلول CMC روی سنگ آهن اندازهگیری شد. جهت تعیین توزیع اندازه و سطح ویژه ذرات کنسانتره، بهترتیب از روش اندازهگیری لیزری و فیشر استفاده شد. بهمنظور بررسی خواص گندله خام، آزمونهای عدد افتادن، استحکامتر و استحکام خشک صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که زاویه ترشوندگی چسب آلی CMC نزدیک به آب مقطر و حدود 20 درجه است. متناسب با کاهش سطح ویژه پودر کنسانتره از 1396 به cm2/g 1220 ، محلول ویسکوز آلی CMC به مخلوط مواد از 01/0 تا 03/0 درصد وزنی اضافه شده است. افزودن سدیم کربنات بجای سدیم هیدروکسید در مخلوط مواد باعث افزایش استحکام خشک گندله تا kg/pellet 5/5 شده است.

اثر عملیات زیرصفر عمیق روی رسوب سختی آلومینیم 2024 و 7075
عملیات زیر صفر یک روش کارآمد برای افزایش کارآیی آلیاژهای فلزی است و به علاوه، پیرسختی یک روش متداول برای افزایش نسبت استحکام به وزن آلیاژهای آلومینیم 2024 و 7075 به منظور استفاده در بدنه هواپیماهای مسافربری است. در این تحقیق، اثر عملیات زیرصفر در دمای 196- درجه سانتیگراد (زیرصفرعمیق) با مدت زمان نگهداری 4 ساعت روی میزان رسوب سختی آلیاژهای آلومینیم 2024 و 7075 مطالعه می شود. به همین منظور، برای مطالعه ریزساختار از میکروسکپهای الکترونی روبشی (SEM) و روبشی-عبوری (STEM) استفاده شده است. همچنین، برای مطالعه خواص مکانیکی از آزمون کشش و سختی استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داده است که با انجام عملیات زیرصفر، تشکیل رسوب در مجاورت ذرات موجود در زمینه بویژه برای ذره آهن، تسهیل می شود زیرا در دماهای زیرصفر، اختلاف ضریب انقباض آهن با زمینه آلومینیم موجب می شود تا در دمای پیرسختی برابر با 100 درجه سانتیگراد، اتمهای عناصر آلیاژی (مانند مس در آلیاژ 2024 و منیزیم در آلیاژ 7075) راحت تر جذب نواحی اطراف ذره آهن شوند. تشکیل رسوبهای جدید موجب شده است که استحکام تسلیم آلومینیم 2024 و 7075 نسبت به نمونه شاهد به ترتیب 32 و 20 مگاپاسکال و همچنین استحکام کششی آلومینیم 2024 و 7075 نسبت به نمونه شاهد به ترتیب 26 و 21 مگاپاسکال افزایش پیدا کرده است. درحالیکه در هر دو جنس، سختی تغییر محسوسی نکرده است.

اثر نورد سرد و آنیل کوتاه مدت روی ریزساختار و سختی آلیاژ آلومینیم A356
در این پژوهش، اثر نورد سرد و عملیات حرارتی کوتاهمدت روی ریزساختار و سختی آلیاژ آلومینیم 356A بررسی شد. مشاهدات ریزساختاری توسط میکروسکوپ نوری، آنالیز کمّی با استفاده از نرمافزار کلمکس و آزمون سختیسنجی توسط سختیسنج برینل انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که فرایند نورد باعث ریز شدن، افزایش کرویت و کاهش نسبت طول به عرض ذرات سیلیسیم و نیز حذف تخلخلهای موجود در نمونهی ریختگی شد. توزیع ذرات سیلیسیم در مقطع RD-ND نسبت به مقطع RD-TD یکنواختتر بود زیرا در فرایند نورد ورق تغییرات ابعادی فقط در جهات RD و ND رخ میدهد و در نتیجه تغییرشکل پلاستیک بیشتری در مقطع RD-ND به وجود آمده و توزیع ذرات سیلیسیم که کاملا وابسته به مقدار تغییرشکل پلاستیک است در این مقطع یکنواختتر شد. همچنین، نورد و عملیات حرارتی موجب ریزشدن دانههای آلومینیم از طریق فعالسازی مکانیزمهای تبلورمجدد پیوسته و جوانهزنی تحریک شده توسط ذرات شد. ذرات سیلیسیم علاوه بر این که موجب تولید دانههای ریزتری شدند، از رشد این دانهها نیز جلوگیری کردند. فرایند نورد موجب افزایش سختی نمونه شد اما انجام عملیت حرارتی تا 300 ثانیه، سختی را کاهش داد. در نهایت، افزایش زمان عملیات حرارتی به 600 ثانیه به دلیل کامل شدن مکانیزم تبلورمجدد پیوسته موجب افزایش سختی به میزان 26% گردید.
