تاثیرعملیات حرارتی بر ساختار و دمای کوری آلیاژ فرومغناطیس نیکل-مس (4/70-6/29)
آلیاژ Ni-Cu با درصد وزنی (%6/29-4/70) توسط کوره ذوب مجدد قوسی تحت خلاء (VAR) ذوب ریزی شد. بررسی یکنواختی نمونه ها با استفاده از آنالیزهای پلاسمای کوپل القایی (ICP) و طیف سنجی پراش انرژی پرتو ایکس (EDS) ایدکس حاکی از ایجاد یکنواختی مطلوب بعد از 4 بار ذوب مجدد می باشد. نتایج بررسی دمای کوری آلیاژ توسط دستگاه مغناطش سنج نمونه ارتعاشی(VSM) تحت تاثیر عملیات حرارتی مختلف نشان دهنده افزایش دمای کوری با گذار آهسته از منطقه دمایی استحاله منظم-نامنظم در دیاگرام فازی و یا گرمایش تا منطقه مذکور می باشد. به این صورت که دمای کوری آلیاژی که بعد از ذوب کوئنچ می شودͦ C 60، آلیاژی که بعد از ذوب به مدت 24 ساعت در دمایͦC 1000 آنیل می شود و سپس در آب کوئنچ می شودͦC 40 و آلیاژی که بعد از ذوب و کوئنچ تا دمایͦC 70 گرم می شود ͦC 5/45 می باشد. فاصله صفحات متوالی در ساختار کریستالی آلیاژ که با استفاده از دستگاه پراش پرتو ایکس (XRD) محاسبه شد نشان دهنده افزایش ناچیز فاصله صفحات کریستالی در نمونه بدون انجام عملیات حرارتی، در نتیجهی فرآیند خوشه ای شدن است. علاوه بر آن تصاویر حاصل از بررسی مورفولوژی سطحی آلیاژ با استفاده از میکروسکوپ نوری فرآیند خوشه ای شدن در شرایط مذکور را تایید می کند.

تاثیر ولتاژ بایاس بر ساختار، مورفولوژی و سختی پوشش نیترید زیرکونیوم ایجاد شده به روش کندوپاش مغناطیسی واکنشی
در این پژوهش لایه های نیترید زیرکونیوم روی سیلیکون و فولاد زنگ نزن ۳۰۴ با روش کندوپاش مغناطیسی واکنشی پوشش داده شدند. تاثیر ولتاژ بایاس زیرلایه روی ساختار لایه ها، مورفولوژی و سختی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. لایه ها بوسیله ی پراش اشعه ایکس، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی، میکروسختی سنجی و میکروسکوپ نیروی اتمی آنالیز شدند. بر اساس الگوهای پراش اشعه ایکس، تنها پیک های پراش ZrN مربوط به صفحات (۱۱۱) و (۲۰۰) مشاهده شدند که با افزایش ولتاژ بایاس از ۰ تا ۱۵۰ ولت اندازه دانه ها از ۱۹ نانومتر به ۱۳ نانومتر کاهش یافتند. علاوه براین، مشاهدات میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی از سطح مقطع همه ی لایه های نیترید زیرکونیوم، ساختار ستونی را نشان دادند. همچنین تصاویر میکروسکوپ نیروی اتمی از سطح پوشش ها افزایش زبری سطح پوشش ها با افزایش ولتاژ بایاس را نمایش دادند. افزایش ولتاژ بایاس تاثیر مستقیم روی اندازه سختی پوشش ها داشت که برای نمونه با بایاس ۱۰۰ ولت به اندازه بیشینه حدود ۱۷۲۰ ویکرز رسید. در ضمن اعمال ولتاژ بایاس تا یک حد بحرانی باعث افزایش تراکم لایه همراه با حذف تخلخل ها و افزایش تنش فشاری می شود و در صورتیکه مقدار ولتاژ بایاس بیشتر از ۱۰۰ ولت اعمال شود، به دلیل افزایش احتمال پدیده کندوپاش مجدد، خواص مکانیکی پوشش افت می کند.

اندازه گیری تغییرات گرانروی روی مذاب با دما
اندازه گیری گرانروی مذاب فلزات می تواند اطلاعات مفیدی برای فرایندهای تولیدی که بر پایه ذوب و انجماد باشد فراهم کند. در این مقاله از روش سقوط گلوله برای اندازه گیری گرانروی مذاب روی استفاده شده است. از انجایی که مذاب فلزات کدر هستند برای بررسی روند حرکت ساچمه در مذاب تغیراتی در روش مرسوم اعمال شده است. برای حل این مشکل و بررسی حرکت ساچمه در داخل مذاب مفتول نازک فولادی به ساچمه فرو رونده اتصال داده شد تا سرعت سقوط از انتهای مفتول فولادی که خارج از مذاب قرار می گیرد اندازه گیری شود. تغییرات گرانروی مذاب روی در دماهای مختلف اندازه گیری شده است و همانطور که انتظارمی رفت با افزایش دما گرانروی مذاب کاهش یافته است. با افزایش 300 درجه سانتیگراد گرانروی cP 474/0 کاهش یافته است. نرخ کاهش گرانروی در ابتدا زیاد (cP/°C004/0) ولی با افزایش بیشتر دما نرخ کاهش گرانروی کاهش (cP/°C0001/0) محسوسی یافته است. مذاب روی از سیالات ظریف بر است یعنی با افزایش نرخ برش و سرعت متوسط سقوط ساچمه گرانروی کاهش یافته است.

بررسی اثر دمای ریختگی بر ریزساختار و خواص کششی گرم سوپرآلیاژ پایه آهن -نیکل
در این پژوهش اثر دمای ریختهگری سوپر آلیاژ پایه آهن و نیکل N-155 بر مشخصات ریزساختاری و خواص مکانیکی گرم در این پژوهش اثر دمای ریختهگری سوپر آلیاژ پایه آهن - نیکل N-155 بر مشخصات ریزساختاری و خواص کشش گرم آلیاژ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مذاب در دماهای 1420، 1460، 1500، 1540 و 1580 درجه سانتی گراد به داخل قالبهای سرامیکی پیشگرم شده در محیط خلاء ریخته-گری شدند. سپس نمونههای ریخته شده در یک محفظه عایق تا دمای محیط سرد شدند. نتایج نشان داد که ریزساختار ریختگی آلیاژ شامل تک فاز گاما و فازهای رسوبی کربونیتریدی (MCN) است. در دمای ریختگی کمتر از 1460 ریز ساختار آلیاژ بدلیل وجود کاربید های اولیه شامل دانه های هممحور ریز است و با افزایش دمای ریختگی ریز ساختار اصلاح شده دندریتی درشت در جهت انتقال حرارت رشد یافته اند. تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی نشان می دهد که مورفولوژی فاز کاربیدی در دمای کمتر از 1460 از شکل script-like و بلوکی شکل در زمینه و مرز دانه ها در دماهای بالاتر به شکل فیلم های نازک و ناپیوسته عمدتا در مرز دانه آستنیت تبدیل شده اند. نتایج آزمون استحکام کششی گرم نشان داد که با افزایش دمای ریختگی تا 1500 درجه سانتی گراد بدلیل ایجاد ساختار اصلاح شده استحکام کششی تا 310 مگاپاسکال افزایش یافته است و با افزایش بیشتر دمای ریختگی بدلیل افزایش اندازه دانه و تغییر مورفولوژی کاربید به 245 مگاپاسکال کاهش پیدا کرده است، همچنین درصد ازدیاد طول به طور پیوسته با افزایش دمای ریختهگری افزایش پیدا کرده است

مطالعه و مقایسه روشهای اکستروژن برشی ساده و اتصال نورد تجمعی در بهبود خواص مکانیکی و ساختاری مس
فرایندهای تغییرشکل پلاستیک شدید از جمله فرایندهایی هستند که در چند دهه اخیر بسیار مورد توجه محققین واقع شدهاند. در تغییرشکلهای پلاستیک شدید کرنش اعمالی مقدار بالاتری نسبت به فرایندهای معمولی تغییرشکل دارد که بسته به نوع تغییرشکل این مقدار متغیر می باشد. اکستروژن برشی ساده (SSE) و نورد تجمعی (ARB) از جمله فرایندهای تغییرشکل پلاستیک شدید برای دستیابی به ساختارهای نانومتری هستند. در پژوهش حاضر به منظور تکامل ساختار، ایجاد ساختار ریز دانه، بهبود و افزایش استحکام و سختی، مس خالص تجاری تحت فرآیند ARB و SSE قرارگرفت. تعداد پنج پاس نیروی پرس و هفت مرحله نورد تحت شرایط یکسان در دمای محیط بر نمونه ها اعمال گردید. پس از تهیه نمونههای فرآوری شده با استفاده از دو روش فوق، آنالیز ساختاری و مکانیکی در مراحل مختلف فرایند به منظور بررسی خواص انجام شد. خواص مکانیکی نمونه-های استاندارد تهیه شده با انجام آزمونهای سختی و کشش ارزیابی شد. آزمایشها نشان دادند که سختی، تنش تسلیم و استحکام با افزایش مراحل ARB و SSE بطور چشمگیری افزایش مییابند. همچنین نتایج بیانگر آن بود که نمونههای فرآوری شده با استفاده از روش ARB از لحاظ مشخصات ریزساختاری و رفتار مکانیکی دارای خواص بهتر و بارزتری نسبت به روش SSE می باشد. ساختار لایهای نیز با استفاده از میکروسکوپ نوری بررسی شد.

اثر باکتری احیاکنندۀ سولفات بر رفتار خوردگی فولادHSLA-X70 در محیط کشت باکتری
در این پژوهش، خوردگی ناشی از عوامل میکروبیولوژیک در اثر متابولیسم باکتریهای احیا کننده سولفات (SRB) توسط رفتار الکتروشیمیایی و پدیدههای سطحی مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفته است. نتایج حاصل از طیفنگاری امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی نشان میدهد که SRB با تغییر محیط کشت باکتری در طی یک ساعت اولیه تماس نمونه با محلول حاوی باکتری، منجر به افزایش مقاومت به خوردگی فولاد HSLA-X70از .cm2Ω 235 به .cm2Ω1651 میگردد. تصاویر ریزساختاری مربوط به نمونه قرار گرفته شده در محیط کشت فاقد باکتری، محصولات خوردگی را به صورت گسترده در مقایسه با نمونه قرارگرفته شده در محیط کشت حاوی باکتری نشان میدهد که سازگار با نتایج آزمونهای الکتروشیمیایی است. در عوض، نمونه قرار گرفته در تماس با SRB با جوانهزنی کلنیهای باکتری بر روی سطح همراه شده که گرچه با قلیایی نمودن محیط کشت آهنگ خوردگی یکنواخت را کاهش داده اما مکانهای مستعد حفرهزنی در زیر کلنیها را فراهم نموده است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون پلاریزاسیون چرخهای حساسیت به خوردگی حفرهای برای نمونه قرارگرفته در محلول حاوی باکتری را تایید می-نماید.

مطالعه اثر جریان دو فازی گاز- جامد درون سیکلون بر رفتار خوردگی ایمرژن تیوبها به روش عددی و ارزیابی ریزساختاری
صدمات ناشی از جریان دو فازی گاز- جامد در قطعات ایمرژن تیوب داخل سیکلونهای صنعت سیمان که عوامل خورنده محیطی و عوامل ساینده در آن وجود دارد، حائز اهمیت فراوانی است. در این مقاله، با شبیهسازی جریان دو فازی گاز- جامد داخل سیکلون به مطالعه اثر جریان ذرات و برخورد آنها بر خوردگی دیوارههای ایمرژن تیوب پرداخته شده است. نتایج شبیهسازی جریان گاز- ذرات جامد و نتایج به دست آمده از مطالعات سایش ذرات بر روی قطعات ایمرژن تیوب نشان میدهد که میزان برخورد ذرات و مقدار تنش برشی در نیمه بالایی در مقایسه با نیمه پایینی آن بیشتر است. علاوه بر این، مطالعات ریزساختاری صورت گرفته توسط میکروسکوپ نوری و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی بر روی قسمتهایی از قطعات ایمرژن تیوبها که به شدت دچار خوردگی شدهاند، نشان میدهد که کاربید کروم در مرزدانههای آستنیت تشکیل شده است و ترکها در امتداد مرزدانههای آستنیت جوانهزنی و رشد کردهاند. تشکیل کاربید کروم در مرزدانههای آستنیت منجر به فقیر شدن نواحی مجاور مرزدانهها از کروم میشود و در نتیجه، خوردگی مرزدانهای رخ میدهد. علاوه بر این، سایش ناشی از برخورد ذرات در نیمه بالایی قطعات ایمرژن تیوب منجر به تشدید خوردگی بر اساس مکانیزم خوردگی سایشی میشود.

بررسی تغییر خواص استحکامی و سختی فولادH13طی خزش کوتاه مدت
تغییر در خواص استحکامی و سختی آلیاژها عامل اصلی در تغییر نرخ کرنش طی خزش است. بنابراین، اندازه گیری این خواص و مطالعه ارتباط آنها با مقاومت خزشی دارای اهمیت میباشد. در این پژوهش، ارتباط بین دادههای سختی و مقاومت به خزش فولاد H13 طی خزش کوتاه مدت مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. آزمونهای خزش تا شکست و نیز کرنش 1% در بازه دمایی C 600 ـ500 و تنش MPa 5/926 ـ872 انجام شد. سختیسنجی بر روی کلیه نمونهها و آزمون کشش بر روی نمونه های خزش با کرنش 1% و در دمای محیط صورت پذیرفت. برپایه نتایج، میانگین توان خزشی 4/5 در تمام بازههای تنشی و دمایی مبین غالب بودن مکانیزم خزش نابجائی بود. انرژی فعال سازی خزش این فولاد نیز کمتر از انرژی فعالسازی نفوذ در خود آهن آلفا (برابر 109 کیلوژول بر مول) بود که بیانگر نقش تنش در انرژی فعال سازی ظاهری این آلیاژ بود. همچنین، ارتباط خطی بین نسبت تغییرات سختی به نسبت عمر خزشی این آلیاژ مشاهده شد، هرچند که شیب آن برای دو بخش سر و گیج نمونههای خزش مقداری تفاوت از خود نشان داد. چنین ارتباطی، بررسی مقاومت خزشی و تخمین دقیقتر عمر باقیمانده فولاد H13 را امکانپذیر میسازد.
