کنترل رفتار سودوالاستیک، حافظهداری و بازیابی حرارتی در کامپوزیت دولایه آستنیتی-مارتنزیتی آلیاژ نایتینول به کمک شبیهسازی عددی و نتایج آزمایشگاهی
در این مقاله تاثیر نسبت ضخامت بر کنترل خواص کامپوزیت دولایه مارتنزیتی-آستنیتی ساخته شده از آلیاژ نایتینول توسط دو روش شبیه سازی عددی و ساخت نمونه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. برای این کار از نرم افزار آباکوس با مدل ساختاری ارائه شده توسط لاگوداس و همکاران استفاده شده است. در روش عددی علاوه بر بررسی تغییرات کرنش حافظه داری و سوپرالاستیک با پارامتر نسبت ضخامت، تاثیر درصد کرنش و تغییرات نسبت ضخامت بر روی سرعت بازیابی و میزان بازیابی کرنش مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته شده است. به منظور بررسی صحت جواب های به دست آمده از روش شبیه سازی عددی، نتایج روش تجربی ساخت نمونه آورده شده است. نتایج دلالت بر تطبیق بالایی میان داده های حاصل از دو روش دارد، همچنین بررسی ها نشان میدهد که کامپوزیت دولایه با نسبت ضخامت های مختلف پتانسیل بالایی را در ارائه کردن دامنه ای از رفتار حافظه داری و سوپر الاستیسیته و همپنین پارامترهای تغییر شکل، از خود نشان می دهد که می تواند مورد توجه طراحان در زمینه های ساخت عملگرهای حافظه دار و همچنین دیگر اجزای ساخته شده از جنس آلیاژهای حافظه دار باشد.

تغییرات ریزساختاری و خواص مکانیکی در اثر کار سرد و دگرگونی مارتنزیتی معکوس در فولاد مارتنزیتی Fe-18Ni
در مقاله حاضر تاثیر کارمکانیکی سرد بر دگرگونی مارتنزیتی معکوس در فولاد مارتنزیتی Fe-18Ni بهوسیله تستهای کشش، سختی سنجی و متالوگرافی بررسی شده است. یکی از روشهای دستیابی به ریزساختار دانه ریز استفاده از دگرگونی مارتنزیتی معکوس است که می تواند استحکام و شکلپذیری را در کنار هم حفظ نماید. ..در این تحقیق، آلیاژ مورد مطالعه ابتدا تحت عملیات کار سرد به میزان 10، 20 و 50 درصد نورد سرد قرار داده شدند. سپس در دمای 700 در جه سانتیگراد تحت عملیات حرارتی مارتنزیتی معکوس با میزان سیکل های متفاوت قرار داده شدند. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که آستنیته شدن بر اثر عملیاتحرارتی با استفاده از استحاله جامد-جامد با اعمال تغییر شکل پلاستیک باعث افزایش دانسیته نابجاییها و افزایش نرخ تبلورمجدد و دستیابی به ساختار ریزدانه تر است. همچنین بررسی های حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که بهترین سیکل اعمال شده یعنی 50% کار سرد و سپس 5 سیکل دگرگونی معکوس مارتنزیتی صفر ثانیه ای، سختی 270 ویکرز و استحکام 760 مگاپاسکال بدست آمد. و هم استحکام و هم انعطاف پذیری بهبود قابل ملاحظه ای داشته اند. نمونه خام اولیه سختی در حدود 223 ویکرز و استحکامی در حدود 620 مگاپاسکال را داشتهاست.

جوشکاری به روش A-TIG بر روی فولاد ابزار D2 با فلاکس های اکسیدی SiO2 و ZnO
در این پژوهش، جوشکاری فولاد ابزار سردکار آلیاژی D2 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. سعی گردیده است به کمک روش A-TIG راه حل مناسبی برای افزایش عمق نفوذ و نسبت عمق به عرض جوش در مقایسه با روش TIG جست و جو شود . متغیرهای این پژوهش نوع فلاکس فعال اکسیدی و شدت جریان در نظر گرفته شده اند که تاثیر هر یک بر عمق نفوذ و عرض جوش و ظاهر آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. فلاکس های مورد استفاده در این پژوهش ZnO و SiO2 بودند و جوشکاری در پنج شدت جریان 85 ، 100 ، 115 ، 130 و 145 آمپر انجام شد. نتایج حاصل نشان دادند که در فلاکس ZnO انحراف قوس و پاشش به دلیل مقاومت الکتریکی فلاکس ظاهر نامناسبی را در جوش بوجود آورده است. جوش های حاصل از فلاکس SiO2 دارای ظاهری مطلوب بوده و افزایش عمق نفوذ و کاهش عرض جوش را در بر داشته است. فلاکس SiO2 در این پژوهش بهترین عملکرد را با افزایش عمق نفوذ تا 4/5 میلی متر در شدت جریان 145 آمپر از خود به جای گذاشته است.

بررسی خواص سایشی کامپوزیت زمینه آلومینیوم 319 مقاوم شده با ترکیبات بین فلزی آهن تولید شده به روش درجا از طریق ریخته گری هم زدنی
در این پژوهش رفتار سایشی کامپوزیت های اصلاح شده به روش هم زدن مکانیکی در مقایسه با نمونه های اصلاح نشده آلومینیوم A319 مقاوم شده با ترکیبات بین فلزی آهن تحت سه نیروی 6، 20 و 40 نیوتن به روش پین بر دیسک مطالعه شده است. تاثیر مقدار ترکیبات بین فلزی آهن و بار اعمالی بر رفتار سایشی کامپوزیت ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. شکل ترکیبات غنی از آهن β، تحت اصلاح مکانیکی هم زدن از تیغه ای شکل به دیسکی شکل تغییر یافت. نتیجه مهم حاصل شده بهبود چشمگیر مقاومت سایشی نمونه های اصلاح شده نسبت به نمونه های اصلاح نشده است. همچنین نتیجه شد که مقاومت سایشی نمونه های اصلاح شده با افزایش آهن از 1/5 درصد وزنی به 2/5 درصد وزنی افزایش و با افزایش نیروکاهش یافت. نتایج حاکی از آن است که اعمال همزدن مکانیکی سبب بهبود رفتار سایشی کامپوزیت های تولید شده می شود که در نیروی 6 و 20 نیوتن بهترین خواص سایشی مربوط به نمونه همزده شده با 1/5% وزنی آهن است و در نیروی 40 نیوتن بهترین خواص سایشی مربوط به نمونه همزده شده با 2/5ی حاصل از سایش توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی مورد بررسی و مطالعه قرار گرفتند. بر اساس شواهد موجود مکانیزم احتمالی از نوع مکانیزم چسبان به همراه شکل گیری لایه تریبولوژی (MML) بوده است.

توسعه نانوکامپوزیت ریختگی درجای زمینه منیزیمی تقویتشده با نانوذرات اکسیدی با افزودن پودرفعال شده نانو سیلیکا به مذاب
در این پژوهش، نانوکامپوزیتهای زمینه منیزیمی از جنس آلیاژ AZ91C تقویتشده با ذرات اکسیدی، به صورت درجا با افزودن 2 درصد وزنی نانوسیلیکا به شکل مخلوط پودری 50wt.%Al+50wt.%SiO2(np) فعالسازی شده، بهروش ریختهگری گردابی تهیه شد. ابتدا مخلوط پودری در شمش آلیاژ منیزیم جاگذاری شده و دمای آن تا °C800 افزایش یافت. سپس دمای مذاب به °C750 کاهش یافته و در این دما به مدت 15 دقیقه همزده شد. در نهایت، مخلوط مذاب و جامد کامپوزیتی در دمای °C720 در قالب فلزی پیشگرم شده ریختهگری شد. برای مقایسۀ نتایج، نمونههای شاهدی نیز تحت شرایط کاملا یکسان ریختگی شدند. بررسیهای ریزساختاری و مکانیکی، بهبود ریزساختار، کاهش تخلخل و افزایش سختی، استحکام کششی و استحکام تسلیم در نمونههای کامپوزیتی را نشان داد. مقدار سختی، استحکام تسلیم و استحکام کششی بهترتیب از 67 برینل، 84 مگاپاسکال و 168 مگاپاسکال در نمونههای بدون تقویتکننده به 80 برینل، 120 مگاپاسکال و 230 مگاپاسگال در نمونههای کامپوزیتی افزایش یافت. بر اساس بررسیهای ریزساختاری و طیفسنجی پراش انرژی پرتو ایکس، بهنظر می-رسد واکنش درجای آلومینیوم، منیزیم و سیلیکا باعث ایجاد ذرات تقویتکننده اکسیدی از جنس Al2O3 ، MgAl2O4 و MgO در زمینه شده است.

بررسی سختی و تخلخل نانوکامپوزیتهای Al-CNT و Al2024-CNT تولید شده به دو روش پرس سرد- تفجوشی و تفجوشی با جرقه پلاسما
در تحقیق حاضر تخلخل نانوکامپوزیتهای زمینه آلومینیم خالص و آلیاژ 2024 با مقاومساز نانوتیوب کربن و اثر متغیرهایی از تفجوشی مانند دما و نوع فرآیند ساخت نانوکامپوزیت بر خواص آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفتهاند. بدین منظور ابتدا پودر کامپوزیت با استفاده از روشهای متالورژی پودر پولک، توزیع ذرات از طریق امواج مافوق صوت و مخلوطکردن شیمیایی تهیه شد. سپس با استفاده از روشهای استحکامبخشی تفجوشی با جرقه پلاسما و پرسسرد- تفجوشی، نانوکامپوزیتهای نهایی ساخته شدند و در نهایت نمونهها بهمنظور بهبود خواص مکانیکی تحت عملیات اکستروژن داغ قرار گرفتند. آزمایشهای چگالیسنجی، سختیسنجی و متالوگرافی روی نمونههای مختلف انجام شد و مشخص گردید که روش SPS روش بهتری برای دستیابی به خواص مطلوب است و همچنین تخلخل نانوکامپوزیتها تحت فرآیند اکستروژن داغ کاهش یافته و سختی آنها افزایش مییابد. سختی و تخلخل نمونه Al-1.5%wt.CNT تولید شده با روش SPS که تحت فرآیند اکستروژن داغ قرار گرفته است به ترتیب HB45/62 و 1% محاسبه شدند. به منظور بررسی امکان تشکیل کاربید آلومینیم در فصل مشترک از آزمایش های طیفسنجی رامان و XRD استفاده شد که در هر دو آزمون پیک های مربوط به کاربید مشاهده نگردید

مطالعه ریز ساختار آثار دوفلزی مکشوفه از محوطه باستانی زیویه
ساخت اشیای دو فلزی آهن- مفرغ از فنون دوره انتقالی عصر مفرغ به آهن بشمار می روند. در تحقیق حاضر مطالعه ای جهت بررسی ترکیب آلیاژی مورد استفاده و شیوه ساخت دو قطعه مطالعاتی دوفلزی آهن-مفرغ از محوطه زیویه به عنوان یکی از محوطه های عصر آهن ایران انجام گرفته است. جهت مطالعه ریز ساختار مقاطع عرضی آثار، از میکروسکوپ نوری انعکاسی و به منظور مطالعه فازها و آخال های فلزی و غیر فلزی از میکروسکوپ روبش الکترون مجهز به دستگاه آنالیز عنصری) EDX SEM – ( استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان دهنده ریز ساختار فریتی-پرلیتی و ناخالصی های اکسیدی جهت دار در زمینه فلز بدنه قطعاتی است که با نوارهایی از جنس آلیاژ برنز قلع تزئین شده است. میزان کربن در قسمت های مختلف بدنه آهنی آثار یکسان نمی باشد. ریز ساختار دندریتی و توزیع مک های گازی در زمینه فلزی نوارهای تزئینی برنزی، تأییدی بر بکارگیری فن ریخته گری در ساخت لایه های برنزی می باشد. دانه بندی ریز و نوارهای دوقلویی حرارتی در لبه های خارجی نوارهای برنزی حاصل کار گرم نهایی است.
