حجم آزاد در آهن و مس خالص تغییر شکل پلاستیکی شدید یافته، تشابه ها و تمایز ها
در پژوهش حاضر، تشکیل حجم آزاد در فلزات آهن و مس خالص فرآوری شده به روش تغییر شکل پلاستیکی شدید با استفاده از نورد شکل دار سرد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور از میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی برای مطالعات ریز ساختاری و از آنالیز های دیلاتومتری و نفوذ رادیو ردیاب و چگالی سنجی جهت بررسی های کمی و کیفی حجم آزاد بهره گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد کاهش چگالی قابل ملاحظه ای پس از اعمال نورد شکل دار سرد شدید حاصل گردید. نتایج حاصل از بررسی های دیلاتومتری و نفوذ رادیو ردیاب نیز مؤید آن بود که میزان بالایی حجم آزاد در مقایسه با فلزات آنیل شده تشکیل شده است. افزایش نسبی حجم آزاد در نمونه آهن بیش از مس در شرایط مشابه بدست آمد. بررسی های ریزساختاری فلزات فرآوری شده حاکی از تشکیل حجم آزاد به صورت چگالی بالای عیوب جای خالی، نابجایی ها، مرزدانه های غیر تعادلی، اتصالات سه گانه و نانوحفرات می باشد. در واقع، فرآیند نورد شکل دار سرد شدید منجر به ایجاد یک ساختار ناهمگن و فوق ریزدانه همراه با افزایش حجم آزاد در هر دو فلز آهن و مس فرآوری شده در کرنش معادل 5/4 شد، ولی مکانیزم تغییر شکل، نوع ساختار ایجاد شده، اندازه دانه ها، میزان کاهش چگالی و تغییرات حجم آزاد و هم چنین رفتار حرارتی بسته به نوع فلز به دلیل تفاوت در ساختار کریستالی و خواص ذاتی متفاوت بود.

بررسی سینتیکی فرایند اکسیداسیون پودر آلیاژی Mg-0.15Al تحت شرایط حرارتدهی غیرهمدما
در این پژوهش سینتیک فرایند اکسیداسیون پودر Mg-0.15Al تحت شرایط حرارتدهی غیر همدما با هدف تعیین متغیرهای سهگانه شامل (انرژی فعالسازی، ضریب پیشنمایی و مدل واکنش) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت تعیین مکانیزم این تحول، محصولات حاصل از این فرایند با استفاده از آزمون پراش پرتوی ایکس (XRD) و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) به ترتیب مورد بررسیهای فازشناسی و ریزساختاری قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل نشان دادند که در طی این فرایند، فازهای اولیه منیزیم (Mg) و گاما (Al12Mg17) به فازهای اکسید منیزیم (MgO) و اسپینل (MgAl2O4) تبدیل میشوند. وقوع تحولات مختلف در حین فرایند اکسیداسیون نیز از طریق تغییرات شکل ظاهری ذرات در طی مشاهدات ریزساختاری به خوبی تایید شد. همچنین به منظور تعیین متغیرهای سینتیکی این فرایند از روشهای همتبدیلی و انطباقی معکوس و مستقیم استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که مکانیزم این واکنش تحت کنترل جوانهزنی و رشد بوده و انرژی فعالسازی آن در محدوده kJ/mol 150 تا kJ/mol 320 محاسبه شد.

در این پژوهش تولید کامپوزیت کبالت-آلومینا به صورت درجا و به کمک فرآیند احیاء مکانوشیمیایی از ماده اولیه اکسید کبالت در حضور عوامل احیاء کننده آلومینیوم و کربن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت، به طوری که از گرمای آزاد شده در طی واکنش آلومینوترمی جهت فعالسازی واکنش کربوترمی استفاده شد. در این راستا مخلوط پودری -Co3O4-Al-C در یک دستگاه آسیای گلولهای پر انرژی (fast mill) تحت فرآیند آسیاکاری قرار گرفت و همچنین تأثیر پارامترهای مختلف از جمله سرعت، زمان و نسبت گلوله به پودر بر محصول تولیدی نهایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پودرهای آسیاکاری شده تحت آنالیز پراش پرتو اشعه ایکس (XRD) و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) قرار گرفتند. با توجه به نتایج آنالیز XRD و نقشه توزیع عناصر بعد از دوازده ساعت آسیاکاری واکنش احیاء به صورت کامل رخ داد و در نتیجة آن پیکهای متناظر با فاز کبالت و آلومینا در الگوی پراش بهدست آمده ظاهر و کامپوزیت Co-33 wt% Al2O3 تولید شده است. افزایش زمان آسیاکاری از دوازده تا سی و شش ساعت منجر به کاهش اندازة کریستالیتهای فاز کبالت و آلومینا به ترتیب تا 9 و 20.3 نانومتر شد. از سوی دیگر با افزایش سرعت آسیاکاری از 350 تا 450 دور بر دقیقه توزیع اندازه ذرات یکنواختتر شده و اندازه آگلومرههای ایجاد شده در مخلوط پودری کاهش یافت. همچنین با توجه به تصاویر SEM، افزایش نسبت گلوله به پودر از 15:1 تا 40:1 منجر به کاهش متوسط اندازة ذرات به زیر یک میکرومتر و توزیع یکنواختتر فاز تقویت کننده آلومینا در زمینه کبالت شده است.

بهبود فرایند سیانوراسیون کانسنگ طلا حاوی ترکیبات سولفیدی توسط عملیات تصفیه آب و افزودن فرات سدیم
در فرایند استحصال طلا به روش هیدرومتالورژی، آب بهعنوان پرمصرفیترین ماده اولیه کاربرد دارد که کیفیت آن میتواند نقش مؤثری بر عملکرد فرایند داشته باشد. بنابراین، هدف از این مقاله شناخت اثر کیفیت آب و حضور اکسیدان فرات سدیم در فرایند لیچینگ سیانیدی کانی طلا سولفیددار است. به همین منظور، فرایند لیچینگ سیانیدی ترکیبی از کانسنگهای حاوی طلا معادن سنجده و چاهخاتون با عیار تقریبی معادل mg/kg 2/1 توسط دستگاه بطری چرخان بهمدت 24 ساعت در دمای محیط انجام شد. جهت تهیه محلول لیچینگ از آب (با کیفیتهای متفاوت)، مواد بازی مختلف (آهک هیدارته و سدیم کربنات) و سیانید سدیم با خلوص بالا استفاده شد. جهت مشخصهیابی خاک از آنالیز صفحهای و مشخصه اشعه ایکس دستگاه میکروسکپ الکترونی روبشی استفاده شد. بهمنظور ارزیابی کیفیت آب از آزمونهای مختلف جهت شناسایی یونهای موجود استفاده شد. مقدار سیانید آزاد و طلای محلول بهترتیب از روش تیتراسیون و طیفسنجی جذب اتمی تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از آب با سختی پایین حاوی اکسیدان فرات سدیم در لیچینگ سیانیدی طلای حاوی سولفید، مقدار طلای محلول از mg/l 0/1 به 1/1 و سیانید آزاد محلول از mg/l 475 به 510 افزایش یافت. همچنین جهت انجام مقایسه استفاده از اکسیدان فرات سدیم بر کاهش اثر حضور ترکیبات سولفیدی موجود در خاک، فرایند تشویه در دمای 700 درجه سانتیگراد بهمدت 60 دقیقه انجام شده است. مشاهده شد که افزودن اکسیدان فرات سدیم به آب علاوه بر اینکه منجر به افزایش سرعت لچینگ شد، تقریباً نتایج مشابهی با تشویهنمودن کانسنگ طلا حاوی سولفید دارد.

بررسی تاثیر pH و کلسیناسیون بر سنتز نانو کریستال هیدروکسی آپاتیت و فلوئورهیدروکسی آپاتیت به روش سلژل
در دو دهه گذشته، توسعه و استفاده از مواد زیستی مانند هیدروکسیآپاتیت و فلوئور هیدروکسیآپاتیت روند رو به رشدی داشته است. هیدروکسیآپاتیت و فلوئورهیدروکسیآپاتیت زیستسازگاری خوبی در بدن انسانها داشته و لذا پتانسیل خوبی برای کاربرد به عنوان بیو سرامیک دارند. در این پژوهش با به کارگیری روش سلژل، نانو پودر هیدروکسیآپاتیت (HA; Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2) و فلوئور هیدروکسیآپاتیت (FHA; Ca10(PO4)6(FOH)) به دو روش متفاوت، انجام عملیات کلسیناسیون و بدون عملیات کلسیناسیون (تنظیم pH تا مقدار 11) سنتز شد. آنالیز فازی، ریخت شناسی پودر، رفتار حرارتی، نوع پیوندها، گروههای عاملی و ارزیابی خواص زیستی نمونههای سنتز شده به ترتیب توسط تفرق اشعه ایکس (XRD)، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM)، آنالیز حرارتی (TG-DTA)، آزمون طیف نگاری مادون قرمز (FTIR) و آزمایش کشت سلولی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج مطالعات پراش پرتو ایکس و طیف سنجی مادون قرمز نشان دهنده ایجاد فازهای هیدروکسیآپاتیت و فلوئورهیدروکسیآپاتیت در هر دو روش بود. نتایج محاسبات اندازه متوسط بلورک پودرهای سنتز شده نشان داد که برای هیدروکسیآپاتیت و فلوئورهیدروکسیآپاتیت به ترتیب از 16 و 25 نانومتر برای نمونههای تنظیم pH به 34 و 35 نانومتر برای نمونههای کلسینه شده در دمای 600 درجه سانتیگراد افزایش یافته است. نتایج میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی نیز نشان داد که ذرات کروی و شبه کروی با اندازه ذرات کمتر از 100 نانومتر هستند و با جایگزینی یون فلوئور و همچنین انجام عملیات کلسیناسیون اندازه متوسط نانوذره ها افزایش پیدا کرده است. بر اساس نتایج کشت سلولی نمونههای بدون عملیات کلسیناسیون، جایگزینی یون فلوئور در کریستال هیدروکسیآپاتیت باعث افزایش تکثیر سلولها شده است.

تاثیر دما و زمان بر سینتیک رشد لایهی ترکیبات بین فلزی در فرایند آلومپاشی یک فولاد ساده کربنی
در این تحقیق تاثیر دمای مذاب آلومینیم و زمان غوطهوری نمونه فولادی در آن، بر اتصال بین فولاد و آلومینیم و نحوه تشکیل و رشد ترکیبات بین فلزی در فصل مشترک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. میلههای فولادی پس از آمادهسازی سطحی، درون مذاب آلومینیم خالص و داخل بوتهی آلومینایی در دماهای 680، 720، 760 و 800 درجۀ سانتیگراد فرو برده شده و به ترتیب برای زمانهای مختلف 5، 10، 15 و 20 دقیقه درون مذاب نگهداشته شد. سپس از مذاب بیرون آورده و در هوا خنک شدند. پس از انجماد، ریزساختار فصل مشترک تشکیل شده بین زیرلایهی فولادی و آلومینیم با میکروسکوپ نوری(OM)، میکروسکوپ الکترونی(SEM) و اسپکتروسکوپی اشعه ایکس (EDS) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که لایهی بین فلزی از دوترکیب بین فلزی FeAl3 و Fe2Al5 تشکیل شده است، که بخش بیشتری از لایهی بین فلزی را لایهی Fe2Al5 با مورفولوژی زبانهای تشکیل داده است. با افزایش دما و زمان غوطهوری نوع ترکیبات تشکیل شده ثابت بوده و فقط ضخامت لایهی بین فلزی تغییر کرده است. بدین صورت که با افزایش دمای مذاب و زمان غوطهوری ضخامت لایهی بین فلزی و به وِیژه لایهی Fe2Al5 تا یک مقدار بیشینه افزایش یافته و سپس با افزایش بیشتر دما و زمان، کاهش ضخامت لایهی بین فلزی مشاهده شده است.

شبیه سازی انتقال حرارت در جوشکاری قوس تنگستن با گاز محافظ فولاد زنگ نزن 304
در این مقاله توزیع دما و چرخه حرارتی در GTAW فولاد زنگنزن 304 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. جوشکاری با دو حرارت ورودی مختلف 540 و kJ/mm 782 بر روی ورقهایی با ضخامت mm 2 انجام شد. نرمافزار آباکوس برای شبیهسازی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. توزیع حرارت جوشکاری بهصورت حجمی و بر اساس مدل بیضی دوگانه (گلداک) درنظر گرفته شد و زیرروال DFLUX به زبان فرترن کدنویسی شد. نتایج شبیهسازی در پیشبینی اندازه حوضچه جوشها، با مدلهای تحلیلی روزنتال و نتایج تجربی مقایسه شد. نتایج شبیهسازی در هر دو حرارت ورودی با ابعاد مقطع عرضی جوشها سازگاری مناسبی دارند در حالی که مدل روزنتال اندازه جوشهای کوچکتری را پیشبینی میکند. منحنیهای دما-زمان حاصل از شبیهسازی و مدل روزنتال تفاوتهای قابل ملاحظهای با یکدیگر دارند ولی زمان و سرعت سرد شدن تخمینزده شده توسط آنها در محدوده دمایی 800 تا °c 500 به ویژه در حرارت ورودی kJ/mm 782 به هم نزدیک است (اختلاف کمتر از %2/7). نتایج همچنین نشان داد که دمای حداکثر در نواحی دورتر از مرز ذوب در مدل آدامز بیش از شبیهسازی و مدل روزنتال پیشبینی میشود در حالی که نتایج شبیهسازی و مدل روزنتال به یکدیگر نزدیکتر هستند.
